PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Vessel Type: Water Injection Dredger (Seabed Leveller)
  • New Construction with 28m Length overall (Moulded)
  • The projected water injection dredging system is planned to displace minimum 500 m³ sediment per hour at water depths of up to 18.5 m.
  • It consists of two jet arms, one on starboard and one on portside.
  • Two main Engines equipped with Azimuth Thrusters .
  • Two main Generators
  • Dredging Control System with Supervision tool to visualise position to the bathymetry, planned route and the projected dredging area/dredging limits.

Fresh Water Pipeline Erection for Najaf Old City

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Renewal of the water trunk from the boosting station to the city, which involved supplying, installing, and commissioning approximately 3060 LM of ductile iron pipes with dia of 300mm and 500 mm as a water main from Hay Al Saad boosting station to the Old Najaf City
  • Supplying 4" x 4" Water Pumps capable of delivering 250/gal/min with a minimum head of 20 meters and,
  • 8" x 8" diesel water pumps that can supply 250/gal/min with a minimum head of 25 meters

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Installation and supply of pipes. Construction of a concrete thrust for working pressure and dead ends.
  • Repairing the damaged parts of the pipes and fittings was implemented by Jicore's engineering team in Iraq.

Design, Built, and Deliver 4 units of Offshore Lifting Hoist for Basra Oil Terminal

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Design, build, test, deliver, and provide operational training for 4 units of 26 Ton Offshore Davits
  • The purpose of the davits is lifting and lowering of a 10.5M Mooring Boat from sea level to the Al Amaya offshore platform and vice versa
  • Davits were built based on an A-Frame design and operated by an electro-hydraulic power pack
  • The design of the structure complied with API Specification for Offshore Pedestal Mounted Cranes, and AISC Specification for the Design, Fabrication, and Erection of Structural Steel
  • Certified under ABS Guide For Certification of Lifting Appliances
  • Project was under the Survey of Bureau Veritas (BV) Classification Society
  • Implemented in Jicore’s shipyard in Lumut, Malaysia

3 mobile units of High-Pressure Water Blasting Systems for offshore platform operations

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Design, build, test, deliver, and provide operational training for 3 mobile units of high-pressure water blasting systems for offshore platform operations
  • The unit type, driven by a diesel engine, and capable of disposing of 34 LPM at 20000 psi.
  • The units included an inlet suction pipe 14m from the seawater surface and a stainless-steel water tank.
  • The water jetting systems are being used at Al Basra offshore crude oil
